Diana is the daughter of Jupiter, and the twin sister of Apollo. She was sent to Earth during the Nirad invasion to find the Daughter of Vesta. It was there that she met Emily Jacobs (who turned out to be the Daughter of Vesta), Joel DeSilva and Steve Jacobs, and was reunited with Pegasus. She helped them disguise Pegasus as a normal horse, but they were all captured by the CRU before they could leave New York City. She refused to tell the CRU anything, but she couldn't break out of her cell, as she was weak from lack of ambrosia and nectar. Eventually, Paelen helped all of them escape from the facility, and they made their way to Olympus. It was there that Emily sacrificed herself at the Temple of the Flame and restored Olympus and the Olympians.
Diana lived happily on Olympus for a while, until Nirads attacked Olympus again. She and Apollo found the Nirad World, but were captured and turned to stone by Stheno and Euryale. She was later turned back by Emily.
Diana helped cover for Emily and her friends when they went to Earth to determine whether or not Tornado Warning was a clone of Pegasus. She later went to Earth with the other Olympians when the Big Three were going to destroy the planet, and she fought against the police and military.
Diana went to Xanadu with the other Olympians, and in an erased timeline, she was affected by the Titan Weapon and presumably died in that timeline.

Pegasus and the Flame[]
Diana fought with the Olympians against the Nirads when they invaded Olympus. After a brief fight, her brother Apollo was killed, and she picked up his spear. With it, she managed to kill a Nirad that had been touched by Pegasus' Olympian Gold bridle, saving Pegasus and allowing him to fly away on Jupiter's orders. Diana was then given a Solar Stream gem by Jupiter, which she used to follow Pegasus and go to Earth.
Presumably sometime after she came to Earth, Diana tracked Pegasus to the woods around Central Park. When she saw that Emily Jacobs and Joel DeSilva had covered him in hair dye to hide his white glow, Diana was ready to kill them, but Pegasus told her how they had helped him, and she apologized to them. Diana told Emily and Joel that the Flame of Olympus that gave them most of their powers had been destroyed, and that she was weak because of it. Pegasus then told Diana that Vesta had once hidden the heart of the flame in a human girl (known as the Daughter of Vesta, who turned out to be Emily), and that it was passed down from generation to generation, and the girl would have to sacrifice herself to restore Olympus. Diana passed the information on to Emily and Joel, and then she reluctantly agreed to go with the three of them to the hiding spot that Emily's father was waiting for them at. When they arrived at the park, Emily introduced Joel, Pegasus and Diana to Steve, and they told him what had happened recently. When they were debating how to stay hidden, Emily had the idea to go to a stable and hide Pegasus as a carriage horse, so that they could walk out of the city and find the Daughter of Vesta.
After a long walk, they arrived at O'Brian's Livery, and Diana used her strength to break the lock on the door. When they entered, Diana heard the horses being kept there calling out to them for help, so she went up the stairs to free them. A short while later, Diana found a chestnut mare dead on the floor from exertion, and she heard the workers cursing her and talking about how much it would take to replace her. What she saw angered her so much that she attacked the two workers and threw them down the stairs, knocking them unconscious. Diana wanted to free all of the horses, but Steve told her that they didn't have enough time, as the CRU might have already found out about them breaking into the stables. Diana promised to come back for the horses once Olympus had been restored. The five of them attached several parts of carriages to Pegasus to disguise him as a horse, but just as they were about to leave, Nirads arrived outside of the stables and attempted to get in. Diana, Steve and Joel freed the horses to distract the Nirads, and Pegasus ran past them with everyone on his back. A Nirad tried to attack Emily and Joel, but Diana stabbed it with her spear, and it let go.
Eventually, they got away from the Nirads, and found a safe place to stay. Diana stayed with Emily in the carriage while Steve and Joel got some food for them. Once everyone had eaten, they made their way towards the 59th Street Bridge. When they were roughly halfway across the bridge, the vehicles all stopped moving, and military helicopters and vehicles surrounded the group. Steve and Joel freed Pegasus from the carriage, but he refused to leave. He tried to pick up Emily, but she was too weak. Steve and Joel were hit by tranquilliser darts and were knocked unconscious, however, Pegasus and Diana were unaffected. Emily was soon hit by a dart too, so Pegasus and Diana charged at the CRU. Pegasus was shot by them, and Diana was somehow contained, and they were all transported to Govenors Island.
At the facility, Diana was interrogated by Agent J, but refused to tell him anything, even when drugged. Later, Paelen entered Diana's room through the vents, and he begged her to forgive him for stealing Pegasus' bridle. He told her how Agent J had tortured Emily to get information from her, and he then promised to help them escape, and that he wouldn't fail them.
When everyone was ready to leave, Diana broke out of her chains, and Paelen broke down her door. After they had freed Joel from his cell, Agent J and Agent O tried to stop them, but Diana threw them both against the wall. Emily then unlocked Pegasus' cell door, and Diana tore up his bridle into makeshift weapons. She gave the largest and sharpest piece to Emily, silently revealing that she was the Daughter of Vesta. When they reached the elevator that would take them to the surface, Paelen and Diana stayed out to keep the Nirads at bay. Just as the doors started to close, however, Paelen shoved Diana into the elevator. She stopped Emily and Joel from going back for Paelen, and they emerged into a house. Just as they were leaving, Agent J and Agent O came into the entrance hall and threatened to shoot them, but Pegasus charged forward and kicked them with his hooves, killing Agent J, but only injuring Agent O. The four of them made their way outside, and Pegasus flew high into the sky with them on his back, preparing to go to Olympus. Just before he did, however, Paelen caught up with them and revealed that he had survived. Pegasus then flew into the Solar Stream, and they emerged on Olympus.
The five of them made their way to the Temple of the Flame, where Emily would have to sacrifice herself to save Olympus. Before they got there, however, they were spotted by Nirads, so Diana and Paelen held them off, while Emily, Joel and Pegasus went to the temple.
When Emily sacrificed herself to save Olympus, she was reborn in the flames, and Diana, Pegasus and Vesta were the first to greet her. Emily then climbed onto Pegasus' back and he flew off to show her Olympus.
Pegasus and the Fight for Olympus[]
When Emily was knocked unconscious by her explosive tears, she was brought to her room, and Diana stayed by her side and didn't allow Paelen or Joel to see her. When she woke up, Diana assured her that she would learn to control her powers and that they weren't going to lock her up anywhere.
When some Nirads attacked Olympus again, Diana was in charge of organizing the Olympian fighters. Later, she and Apollo found the Nirad World, and immediately attacked the Nirad villagers. The Nirads were unable to explain to them that they were being forced to attack Olympus by Stheno and Euryale, and the fight was so big that they had no choice but to bring Diana and Apollo to the Gorgons. When they arrived at the throne room, Diana was shocked to see that Stheno and Euryale had captured Emily and Joel. Diana was turned to stone by Euryale, but was restored by Emily after the Gorgons had been defeated.
Pegasus and the New Olympians[]
Diana went to Earth with Apollo and Steve to determine if the Olympians should be able to go back there for visits or not. They came back to Olympus in the middle of the first Olympian football match. When the game had ended, Diana talked to Emily about a racehorse in the Earth newspapers that looked almost exactly like Pegasus. She discreetly told Emily that they would talk more later. Later, during the celebration of the closing of the football match, Emily asked Diana if they could talk about the racehorse, and she told them to meet her at the Temple of the Flame at night.
Emily, Joel, Pegasus, Paelen and Chrysaor flew to the temple that night, and Diana was waiting for them with Steve and Pluto. At first, they didn't want the five of them to go to Earth, but eventually they agreed to let them go if they took Alexis with them.
Later, Diana went to Earth with the other Olympians when the Big Three were going to destroy Earth. She helped fight against the police and the military, destroying Las Vegas in the process. They then all went to Area 51 to free Emily and Joel. Diana went back to Olympus after Jupiter decided not to destroy Earth.
Pegasus and the Origins of Olympus[]
Diana was in a council meeting on Olympus when Emily and her friends interrupted them to ask Jupiter about the Jungle World that she had dreamed about, and that the Olympians had been exploring. They all soon learned that the jungle world's name was Xanadu, and that it was once home to the Xan, the guardians of the universe. They also learned that Emily herself was a Xan.
Later, preperations were being made to travel to Xanadu and explore it further. Diana was interested in some of the artifacts that they had brought back from there, and they found out that a certain hat-like item could generate any food or drink that the user asked for. The next morning, lots of Olympians including Diana and all of their friends went through the archway to Xanadu. Halfway through the journey, however, Emily and Pegasus vanished. When the others arrived at Xanadu, they found out that Emily had accidentally transported the two of them to the Temple of Arious on Xanadu.
Diana, Apollo and Steve went back to Olympus to make torches, very soon after arriving at Xanadu. When they got back to Xanadu, Emily had just woken up from her recurring dream. Then Riza started speaking from Emily's body, and she told them what had happened to her: how she had tried to follow the Xan when they released themselves into the cosmos, but was unsuccessful, and eventually merged with Emily when she sacrificed herself in the Temple of the Flame.
Alternate Timeline[]
Later, Apollo came from Olympus and told everyone that Jupiter was aging at a rapid rate, and that he wanted Emily to return to Olympus. The Olympians all refused to stay on Xanadu, however, so they all journeyed to Olympus. When they got there, Jupiter told them about the Titan War, and how their father Saturn made a weapon that aged all Olympians, and that it had recently been uncovered on Earth. After this, he died, and the Olympians planned to move to Xanadu, where they hoped that the weapon's effects would be less. Some Olympians, however, didn't want to leave Olympus, including Diana, but Steve threatened to carry her to Xanadu if she didn't go, so she went through the arch.
On Xanadu, Diana gave Emily and Joel two Solar Stream gems to use to transport themselves to where the Titan Weapon was and destroy it. Just before the two of them got back, they found some CRU agents outside of the Temple of Arious, where Emily had inadvertently sent them. When Emily and Joel arrived back on Xanadu, they told everyone that the CRU had sent the weapon to Olympus, and that they had gone there to destroy it, but they had to destroy the archway to Xanadu. Chiron then told them all that because the arch was destroyed, Xanadu was going to be destroyed by Olympus. Howevef, Emily refused to destroy the arch until Stella Giannakou and Mike came through it, and she was ultimately successful.
The next morning, Diana fell down the stairs at the Temple of Arious and broke several bones. Emily healed her.
Pegasus and the Rise of the Titans[]
Diana went for a swim in the river with Steve, as the two of them were unofficially "together". They later found Emily asleep on Pegasus after she turned Tom into a Sphinx, and they took her back to her room in Jupiter's Palace. After Emily tried to save the Night Dwellers from the sun, using her powers, she passed out for weeks, and when she woke up, Diana and many other Olympians were crowded around her bed. Diana sent Cupid to check if the flame in the Temple of the Flame had been restored, as it had almost completely gone out while Emily was unconscious. When Cupid got back, he told them that the flame was sputtering, and that it could go out at any moment. Because of this, the Olympians decided to let Emily and her friends, plus Chiron, go to Arious for help
Diana comforted Sapphire when they believed that her brother Dax was dead. Diana later fought against the Titans in Hawaii, and when the Xan intervened, she was sent back to Olympus. Shortly after, Diana was returned to Hawaii, and Emily asked her if she would donate matter to Yird for him to make Emily's body with. She agreed and she and Steve each gave Yird a strand of their hair.
Pegasus and the End of Olympus[]
Diana trained Emily to fight and defend herself, as she now had an Olympian body that could be harmed. Diana also moved in with Apollo due to the distruction that the Titans had caused on Olympus.
When the Mutant Titans attacked Olympus, Diana and Steve fled. They later returned for the final battle, and witnessed the Titans aiding their efforts to destroy the Mutant Titans. Diana was transported to Titus by Riza along with everyone else, just before Olympus was destroyed by the Solar Stream.

- Skilled hand-to-hand fighter: Diana trained Emily Jacobs in hand-to-hand combat, so is presumably as good as her, if not better.
- Expert spear fighter: Diana used Apollo's spear to hold her own against Nirads on multiple occasions, and also used it to fight against the military and police in Las Vegas.
- Expert archer: Diana was able to use her bow to fight against Nirads for some time.

- Enhanced strength: Diana was able to break the lock on O'Brian's Livery with her bare hands, and was also strong enough to lift Steve Jacobs up by his shirt collar.
- Immortality: Diana is immortal, and can't be killed by conventional means.

- Olympian weaknesses: Diana inherits general Olympian weaknesses.
- Ambrosia and nectar deprivation: If Diana doesn't consume ambrosia and nectar frequently, she'll become extremely vulnerable. Sugary foods work, but aren't as effective. This was seen when she was unable to break out of her CRU cell, until Paelen brought her sugary foods.
- Titan Weapon: When exposed to the Titan Weapon, Diana will age rapidly.
- Mimics: When touched by a Mimic, Diana will pass out. If the touch is prolonged, she'll die.
