Mars is a character in the Pegasus series. He is the son of Jupiter and Juno, the nephew of Neptune, Pluto, Ceres and Vesta, the brother of Vulcan, the half-brother of Apollo, Mercury, Hercules, Diana and Minerva, the lover of Venus, the father of Cupid and the God of War. Although he often seems angry and mad, he is a kindhearted Olympian.
